Conference Information

Effective 4-1-23.  All warnings are retroactive.

**Harassment of other attendees/speakers/AMPAA staff (e.g. badgering to the point of emotional distress, refusal to back off when asked, sexual harassment, bigotry, etc.) will result in individual attendees being banned from further attendance.

AMPAA is run by volunteers. Please allow 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) for a response.
Registration announcement will go out after program has been ACPE accredited later this spring.

    • Attendance will be limited to one (1) individual per company (subject to change) during the INITIAL round of registration confirmations to allow more companies to participate. Additional individuals per company will be added to the Waitlist and will only be granted access if space allows.
    • Order of approval is based on the time of submission of the registration.
    • You and your company are solely responsible for making sure employee(s) register in the correct order.

Registration transfer requests must be submitted by Friday, July 3, 2026. and are limited to already registered (but not confirmed) colleagues employed within the same company.

A confirmation email from AMPAA is required to attend. Completing a form doesn’t guarantee acceptance into the conference.

Conference is for Continuing Education & state networking ONLY. AMPAA doesn’t allow vendor booths or set aside space for them.

To adhere to U.S. Copyright Laws, copyrighted images will be removed from published slides/handouts.  Website links may/may not be provided.  Referencing of copyrighted images is not an ACPE requirement and is done as a courtesy ONLY.

*Slides with a significant amount of copyrighted text, graphics, images, etc per cited website(s)’ copyright policies WILL NOT be published online.
